Since I typically use this combination for just about every barbecue recipe I make, I decided to make it a separate post and just refer back to it as needed. It’s easier than me having to type it out every damn time.



  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbs chile powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbs paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbs pepper
  • 1 tbs salt


  1. Combine in a separate bowl
  2. Makes 1 ½ cups

Gluten-free, Dairy-free
